    Many parents have fond memories from participating in activities together with their children. Whether working together with their children on an art project for school, or doing a family fun run together, such precious memories are co-created to be remembered for years to come! Moreover, such activities develop parent-child bonding and builds a sense of trust, patience, and a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths. According to a study, children who have strong parental bonds tend to experience lesser emotional and behavioural problems when they reach school age (Kim and Kochanska 2012)*. A local newspaper recently reported that fathers who are actively involved in their children reap the benefits of stronger relationships with their children.
