If it is not handled properly, it can lead to outward anger, inward depression, sleep problems, heart attack, strokes and cancer. The COVID-19 pandemic has aggravated the situation for those already suffering from stress. Some stress can be helpful in increasing one’s drive to perform. However, not managing overwhelming stress can be bad. Since there is no way to escape from stress in life, it is important that we learn to cope with it. This experiential workshop will help you assess your own sources of stress, and guide you with proven and useful self-regulation techniques.
