B. Community Counselling (Associate & Qualified Counsellors)
We believe that everyone deserves access to mental and emotional health support. Our Community Counselling service provides a compassionate, affordable option for individuals and families seeking guidance. APICC provides closely supervised associate counsellor and qualified professionals, all dedicated to serving you.
Our associate and qualified counsellors bring along with them fresh perspectives, up-to-date training, and a deep passion for helping others. They will render a supportive ear and practical strategies for managing stress, improving relationships, and enhancing personal well-being.
Community Counselling Fee
For clients with per capita household income < S$1,000
- Counsellor Grade – Associate Counsellor: An intern in counselling programme
- Counsellor Grade – Qualified Counsellor: A minimum academic qualification of a Graduate Diploma in Counselling
For clients with per capita household income < S$4,000
- Counsellor Grade – Associate Counsellor: An intern in counselling programme
- Counsellor Grade – Qualified Counsellor: A minimum academic qualification of a Graduate Diploma in Counselling
Eligibility for Community Counselling Rates
To qualify for community counselling rates, clients must meet the income criteria outlined above by showing their latest salary slip. All documentation is treated with strict confidentiality and is NEVER retained by APICC after verification.
Exceptions (Counselling Fee: $10 per session)
The following individuals may access counselling at the community rate without meeting the standard income criteria:
· Full-time Students (bachelor’s degree or below).
· Retirees
