Her rehabilitation and protection work has covered youth-at-risk\, protection of children\, offending youths and adults. Adopting a systems perspective\, she also works with stakeholders including parents\, extended family and schools. She currently leads a team at work and is also a serving children’s church teacher in her local church. \n  \n\nMr. David Ho\n\nMA (Counselling & Community Service)\, MA (Pastoral Studies)\n\n \nDavid is a volunteer counsellor with several Family Service Centres and has counselled youths\, adults\, and married couples on family issues. He is also a volunteer at half-way houses for drug offenders seeking to transit back to society. He is a civil engineer and works in the Oil and Gas Industry. David serves as a church elder and supervises house groups and chairs the Facilities & Assets Management of his church. She teaches courses including Systematic Theology\, Survey of Church History\, and Foundations for Spiritual Disciplines at the Asian Pastoral Institute. May Eng has also published in various theological journals like the Journal of Asian Evangelical Theology and Church & Society in Asia and is the centre pastor of the Crystal Tabernacle. \n  \n\nDr. Matthew Lim\n\nDClinPsy (Clinical Psychology)\, DPhil\, GradDip (Pastoral Studies)\n\n \nMatthew has worked in inpatient and outpatient public mental health services and has supported adults with severe emotional and social difficulties and a history of childhood adversities. In his time as a social worker and head of a Family Service Centre\, he witnessed the impact that conflictual family relationships\, addictions\, and financial difficulties on family life. He also headed a Family Resource Centre and supported ex-offenders in their rehabilitation journeys. From 2016 to 2018\, he chaired the Family Violence Work Group in the Ang Mo Kio Region. He is a registered social worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers. \n  \n\nMs. Eileen Boey\nMEd (Educational Leadership in Practice) (Studies)\, BA (Early Childhood Education)\n\n \nEileen is an early childhood leader with specialised training in crisis support for young children. She has taught across all age groups and advanced to training and mentoring leaders from diverse backgrounds. With more than 15 years of experience in curriculum\, quality assurance\, and trauma-informed practice\, Eileen has supported educators and families in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
