In this 2-part workshop\, you will learn powerful techniques to develop your mental strength and improve your overall well-being. In the first session\, you will explore different types of basic emotions and discover experiential exercises such as breathing and relaxation techniques to regulate them. In the second session\, you will learn to recognize common thinking biases and negative beliefs and gain practical tools to overcome them. The workshop will equip you with the skills and knowledge to build resilience and thrive in the face of challenges. He has worked at the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association\, focusing on youths and adults struggling with drug addiction and drug-related issues. He provides clinical supervision to lead counsellors and senior counsellors. He is a registered counsellor and clinical supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling. \n  \nMs. Alice Tan Guong Khim\nMA (Counselling and Community Work)\, MBA\, MA (Pastoral Studies)\, FCCA\, ISCA \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nAlice is currently counselling at Care Corner Singapore and have previously completed counselling placements at the Farrer Park and Simei Care and Counselling Center. She was also involved in rehabilitation programmes at the Hiding Place and Tamar Village Mercy Center as part of her community work practicum.
