DESCRIPTION:API Care and Counselling\, the community outreach arm of the Asian Pastoral Institute (API)\, is proud to organise this event in partnership with the South East CDC to raise rice and oatmeal for the needy living in the South East district.\n\n\nJOIN US!\nThis is the third year API Care & Counselling is organising this event to raise rice and oatmeal for the needy living in the South East district. Rice and oatmeal raised are sponsored by FairPrice. However\, due to COVID-19\, there will not be a mass walk. Instead\, participants will form groups of 5 people to either walk or run to clock the distance (with safe management measures observed). So\, start inviting your friends\, colleagues and neighbours to do good together! \nHOW DO I RAISE RICE AND OATMEAL?\n\nFor every 300m walked/run\, 1 bowl of white rice\, 1 bowl of brown rice and 1 bowl of oatmeal will be raised.\nThere is no minimum or maximum distance required.\nIt will be a collective effort under API Care & Counselling.\n\nIS THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTION?\n\nThere is no age restriction.
